We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

 

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

You agree to the shipping timelines outlined in our Shipping Policy. Specifically, you acknowledge that NOBLE COLLECTIVE - BOLD IN TRUTH requires a processing time of 5-7 business days for printing and preparation prior to shipment. Once a package is handed over to the United States Postal Service (USPS) or other designated carrier, NOBLE COLLECTIVE - BOLD IN TRUTH is no longer liable for loss, theft, or damage. All claims regarding delivery issues must be filed directly with the carrier.

 

SECTION 8 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

By completing a purchase, you agree to our strict All Sales Final policy. Refunds or replacements are only issued in the event of a verified manufacturer defect, reported within 3 days of delivery. You acknowledge that NOBLE COLLECTIVE - BOLD IN TRUTH reserves the right to require photographic or video proof of any claimed defects and that the final decision on whether a product is defective rests solely with us. Approved returns will be resolved via Replacement or Store Credit only.

1. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All Sales Final At NOBLE COLLECTIVE - BOLD IN TRUTH, we stand firmly behind the quality of our garments. To maintain the exclusivity and integrity of our drops, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse. Please review the size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing our apparel.

Defects & Damaged Items In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will make it right.

  • Reporting Window: You must contact us within 3 days of the delivery date (as recorded by USPS). Claims made after 3 days will not be accepted.

  • Proof of Defect: To process a claim, you must email us with your Order Number and clear photos/video showing the defect.

    • Note: NOBLE COLLECTIVE - BOLD IN TRUTH reserves the right to deny any claim if the damage appears to be caused by wear and tear, improper washing, or mishandling by the customer.

  • Resolution: If the defect is verified by our team, we will issue a replacement of the exact same item/size. If the item is out of stock, we will issue Store Credit for the full purchase amount. We do not issue cash refunds to original payment methods.

2. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

Processing Time NOBLE COLLECTIVE - BOLD IN TRUTH is dedicated to quality. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and packed by our team before it is handed off to the carrier. You will receive a tracking number via email once your label has been created.

Shipping Standards (USPS) We ship all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • Standard Shipping: Once your order leaves our facility, standard USPS delivery typically takes 3–5 business days (excluding Sundays and Holidays).

  • Delays: NOBLE COLLECTIVE - BOLD IN TRUTH is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather, or unforeseen circumstances once the package has left our facility.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages NOBLE COLLECTIVE - BOLD IN TRUTH is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

  • Once the package is scanned by USPS, the responsibility transfers to the carrier.

  • If your package is marked "Delivered" but you have not received it, please file a claim directly with USPS.

3. CANCELLATION & FRAUD POLICY

Order Cancellations Our fulfillment system is automated to ensure speed. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are placed. Please double-check your size, address, and cart items before confirming your purchase.

Fraud Protection To protect our community, our system automatically flags high-risk orders. NOBLE COLLECTIVE - BOLD IN TRUTH reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that is flagged as potentially fraudulent by our security systems.
