Refund & Exchange Policy

This policy strictly limits returns to manufacturer defects only, protecting you from "buyer’s remorse" or "wardrobe renting" (wearing once and returning).

All Sales Final At Noble Collective, we stand firmly behind the quality of our garments. To maintain the exclusivity and integrity of our drops, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse. Please review the size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing "Bold In Truth" apparel.

Defects & Damaged Items In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will make it right.

  • Reporting Window: You must contact us within 3 days of delivery date (as recorded by USPS). Claims made after 3 days will not be accepted.

  • Proof of Defect: To process a claim, you must email [Your Support Email] with your Order Number and clear photos/video showing the defect.

    • Note: We reserve the right to deny any claim if the damage appears to be caused by wear and tear, improper washing, or mishandling by the customer.

  • Resolution: If the defect is verified by our team, we will issue a replacement of the exact same item/size. If the item is out of stock, we will issue Store Credit for the full purchase amount. We do not issue cash refunds to original payment methods.
